We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for direct bookings at Jungle Oasis, Karen, Nairobi.
Refunds
- Within 24 hours of booking: full refund, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days before check-in.
- 45 days or more before check-in: full refund.
- 15 to 44 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation cost.
- Less than 15 days before check-in: the reservation is non-refundable.
No-shows and early departures
No refund will be provided for unused nights in the case of a no-show or an early departure.
If we cannot honour your reservation
If Jungle Oasis is unable to honour a confirmed reservation, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the affected booking.
How deadlines are calculated
All cancellation deadlines are calculated according to local time in Nairobi, Kenya.
