Jungle Oasis is a small compound of four independent cottages, each with its own design and personality, hosted personally by owners who live and travel in Kenya. Every stay comes with warm, direct hospitality, a private outdoor space of your own and access to the pool, pickleball court and firepit whenever you fancy them.

Karen is a green, residential suburb on the south-western edge of Nairobi, named after Karen Blixen of Out of Africa. Big gardens, old trees and quiet roads make it feel far calmer than the city centre, while several of Nairobi's best-known wildlife experiences sit on its doorstep.
It suits travellers beginning or ending a Kenya safari, families who want space and greenery, couples after a quieter base, and remote workers staying a little longer. If your trip is mostly meetings in the central business district, a more central neighbourhood may make more sense.

Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 are detached two-bedroom cottages with their own private gardens and verandas — each styled a little differently. A full-size court inside the compound, free for guests. Paddles and balls provided, beginners welcome.
