A Boutique Hotel in Nairobi, Made for a Different Kind of Stay

Jungle Oasis is a small boutique property in Karen, Nairobi: four private stays in a green garden, with a heated pool, pickleball and a private chef on request.

What is Jungle Oasis?

A different kind of boutique stay in Nairobi

Jungle Oasis is boutique accommodation in Nairobi's Karen neighbourhood, made up of four private stays set around tropical gardens. There are no corridors or lobbies. Each stay has its own entrance, living space and kitchen, and guests share a heated pool, a firepit and a pickleball court with only a handful of others.

It is owner-run, so the details are personal: a host who answers your messages, a private chef if you would like one, and help with airport transfers. Most guests come for a night and find themselves spending whole afternoons at the property, which is the point.

The setting

Space, greenery and a slower side of Nairobi

Jungle Oasis sits in a residential compound in Karen, surrounded by mature trees, bamboo and planted gardens rather than traffic and tower blocks. The cottages open onto their own verandas and private gardens, paths lead through the greenery to the pool and firepit, and mornings start with birdsong.
