Jungle Oasis is a small, owner-run boutique property in Karen, Nairobi, set among mature trees and lush gardens. Book the whole property and your team has it to themselves: somewhere to work in the morning, eat together at lunch and talk long after the sessions end, without anyone leaving for a hotel across town.
Mornings start with birdsong rather than traffic, meals can be arranged on site, and the city is still close when you want it. The result is an offsite that actually feels different from the office.

Made for breakout sessions
There is no dedicated conference room at Jungle Oasis, and for many teams that's an advantage. Start together in one of the living spaces, then split into smaller groups across the individual units, each with a large dining table to work around and a TV that can connect to a laptop. When it's time to regroup, everyone is a short garden walk away. It works best for workshops, strategy sessions and planning days rather than large presentations.

Room for up to 14 overnight
Three units sleep four guests in two ensuite bedrooms, and the Studio sleeps two. Each bedroom has two separate beds, so colleagues who are comfortable sharing a room can do so. Every unit has its own living space and kitchen, which gives smaller groups somewhere to retreat to in the evening while the whole team stays on one property.

Eat together, without the logistics
Offsites lose a surprising amount of time to booking restaurants and arranging transport for every meal. Here the team can simply eat together on the property. A private chef can be arranged in advance for breakfast, lunch or dinner for the whole group, and groceries can be stocked around your team's dietary requirements.
Chef, meals and groceries are optional extras, charged separately from the accommodation.
After the laptops close
Time off, together
Often the best team building isn't organised at all. It's a swim in the heated pool under the waterfall, a competitive game of pickleball, or a conversation in the gardens that has nothing to do with work.
In the evening, the team gathers around the outdoor fireplace and firepit, while Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 each have their own indoor fireplace for quieter nights.

Day 1
Arrive & settle in 🌿
Arrive and check in, with time to settle into the units. An informal afternoon get-together sets the tone, followed by the first dinner together and a relaxed evening outside.
Day 2
Focus & recharge 💭
Breakfast together, then a full-team workshop in the morning. After lunch, split into breakout groups to work through the detail, then put the laptops away for the late afternoon before a shared dinner.
Day 3
Experience Nairobi 🦒
A slower final morning: share the takeaways over breakfast, then explore Karen or add a private Nairobi safari before heading home.
